What better way to spend a summer evening than on a boat trip on the Thames from Caversham to Mapledurham. If that wasn’t relaxing enough with a bar and buffet, we had a talk from Nick Forgham, a professional health therapist, who gave tips on stress-free living. This included the importance of a good diet and water; stop eating whilst still partially hungry and drink before getting thirsty. Other examples to relieve stress were the use of time management and controlling your breathing
