We all know the struggle. You plan an amazing event for your local chamber. It’s the biggest event that you’ve ever run, and you’re losing sleep about how to make it perfect. About a week before the event you go on to check tickets sales and….oh. That’s not as many as you thought.
Getting your marketing strategy right, especially with JCI events, is hard and it can make or break your event. We know how much of a challenge many local chambers have with their marketing, and that’s why we’re coming to help.
This year, the JCI UK Communications and Marketing team are going on tour! There are three stops to make sure we hit all local regions:
We’ll be delivering a full day of training designed to support you in both your JCI roles, and in your day jobs. The session will cover everything from the importance of branding (and a refresher on the JCI brand!), to the basics of design, all the way up to using Paid Social and Google Ads.
Once the main training is done (and don’t worry, we’ll be going out for some food!), attention will turn to the local council teams. Using the events plan you have for the next few months, we’ll help you put together your marketing plan to make sure you’re getting the audience’s you deserve. Members are more than welcome to stay, as it will be a very practical session, but the focus will be on your council teams (sorry!).
Afterwards, there will be even more chance to catch up as I’m sure we’ll all need a beer.
