We have recently seen membership numbers increase and a new Deputy President, Philip Cockayne installed for 2014.

"I'm delighted to have been appointed as Deputy President at JCI Bradford for 2014. JCI represents a philosophy which all young professionals should adhere to; continual personal development, networking, testing their skills in delivering community projects and supporting charitable causes. I look forward to working with such admirable, driven individuals and promoting JCI values across the region" Phil said.

Philip is a Business Development Executive with local business, Cloud2, specialise in providing successful SharePoint solutions for the NHS and the broader public and corporate sectors.

The recent membership growth is as a result of collaboration between JCI Bradford and Bradford Chamber and improved use of social media and our website development.

"I invite people to come along to one of our events and see what we do and how they can benefit from membership to such a unique organisation"Phil added.

Philip and six members of JCI Bradford also attended the JCI United Kingdom National Convention on 22nd-24th November hosted at Oulton Hall in Leeds which saw many chambers from around the UK win awards for their hard work and commitment to developing young people at the gala dinner on Saturday evening.
