Could you step up and be the Finance and Membership Director for JCI London in 2019?
Are you passionate about the financial side of running a business? Do you have a knack for managing money and data? If so, this role could be for you! We’re looking for someone to create and manage the JCI London budget, and provide financial consulting to other Directors on the team (particularly those leading large projects). The Finance side of the role is critical to overseeing our accounts and maintaining the credibility of the chamber. The Membership side of the role is focused on ensuring our processes and systems (e.g. onboarding, answering queries, etc.) are working properly to effectively engage our current and prospective members. This role will conduct data analysis of our membership base and work with the board to create optimal features and benefits for our members. Managing our membership is critical for ensuring a strong long-term future for the chamber! Read more about the role of the Finance and Membership Director and the JCI London Council. If this opportunity excites you, please contact Deputy President Drew Cornies (drew.cornies@jcilondon.org.uk) to register your interest and then complete the Intention to Stand form and send it to Drew by 8 pm on 8 November. This form asks for the reasons you want to stand, your experience, and your ideas for the role. Two JCI members will need to propose and second your nomination. We will let you know if more than one person stands for the role in case you wish to prepare an election campaign. Candidates would be voted on by JCI London members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 14 November.
