About the facilitator:
Matthew has delivered workshops and talks to over 50,000 young people and professionals across the UK and Asia through his work with Loud Speaker and his coaching brand Voice Activated. His work focuses on confidence, communication, storytelling, employability and personal development.
Having grown up as a young carer and overcome significant personal challenges, Matthew is passionate about helping people realise that their background does not define their future. His energetic, honest and relatable style combines real-life experience with practical tools that help people speak with confidence, tell their story and go after opportunities they may have once doubted were for them.
