Firstly I would like to say a huge thank you from JCI Birmingham members and guests, who attended this session, to Peter Milligan for an enthralling and engaging training session.

Peter told honest and open points that got everybody involved. He clearly explained what was going to happen and that there would be no surprise in the outcome; but he still managed to retain the attention and drive of the whole group as if he was talking about a miracle cure.

Full of anecdotes and personal tales to re-emphasise points throughout, he kept the session interactive with clear and open interest before, during and after the session, answering individual questions along the way.

Peter has the confidence and grace to cover a topic in which most people may assume they know it all and it never changes and yet he still managed to retain undivided attention from everybody, almost to the point of us having to be kicked out as the building was closing! Some sessions are just too interesting to leave.

I personally felt, yes there are a few little bits that are new to me; but there was even more reawakening to help me develop further in my chosen direction. I have become more conscious about the points that Peter raised and discussed and I am very grateful for the time and willingness to help JCI Birmingham.
