2019 European Conference - Destination: Lyon
2019 European Conference - Destination: Lyon
The 2019 JCI European Conference is right around the corner! Hosted in the beautiful French city of Lyon, it's a great opportunity to network, take part in training and meet JCI members and Senators from across Europe - and even further afield!
A JCI International Conference is an experience like no other. They offer a great way to meet members from all over the organisation and share ideas, best practices and a drink or two.
The theme of the 2019 European Conference is “Commitment Revolution”, and the goal is to use the 4 days to empower all members to fulfil the UN Global Sustainable Development Goals and spread the committed spirit. This comes from the wide ranging programme of activities, workshops and brainstorming exercises aimed at inspiring active citizens who will make an impact in their local communities. It is also a chance to discover the delights of Lyon, the gastronomic capital of the world with more than 2000 years of cultural heritage and much more…
This year's programme is deigned to highlight the diversity of JCI's members, and can be found here.
The conference runs from Wednesday 8th May until Saturday 11th May and will be held in various locations around Lyon. The University of Lyon will host the day program, while the Opening Ceremony and Gala evening will be held at the Congress Centre.
