Our first member of the month, who has done something extraordinary with their JCI membership in January is Simon Anderson from JCI Manchester.
Simon was nominated by Local President of JCI Manchester, Paul Widger, who said:
“I asked him to do this month’s breakfast seminar. I was a little nervous – I love coaxing people out of their comfort zone, but can a personal trainer present? Well, he was fantastic: funny; engaging; story woven into the presentation; no death-by-Powerpoint. He had 40+ people in the palm of his hand.”
JCI Manchester’s very active twitter account received the following feedback on the event:
“Really enjoyed the @JCIManchester #JCIMindset @profit21uk breakfast briefing this morning!”
“Great work @profit21uk! I’m on the lookout for the 3 ‘C’s”
“Fabulous session this morning with @JCIManchester thank you so much @profit21uk #JCIMindset”
“Super interesting morning with @profit21uk”
“Success is about action!! @profit21uk @JCIManchester #jcimindset”
Congratulations Simon, who will receive a £50 voucher against the price of a National Convention ticket.
Nominations for February’s member of the month are open – email firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us about a member who has pushed themselves, gone above and beyond for their chamber or is extraordinary and deserves recognition for some other reason.
