After our Mindful Matters: Step Up Your Mental Health Awareness conference, we’ll be continuing discussions about mental wellbeing in one of Sheffield’s favourite restaurants. As we’re a network of young professionals, we thought we’d focus on the work/life balance. Whether you’re an entrepreneur, freelancer or work within a team, all of us will encounter stressful situations at some point in our career.
This will be an informal, relaxed chat; you can discuss as much or as little info as you like. At the end of the meal, we’ll hopefully have a few ideas to support our national community campaigns.
Non-members are more than welcome – as well as learning more about JCI, you’ll get to meet and network with people from a variety of sectors.
Here’s the menu to tantalise your taste buds. You can order your meal on the evening (so no need for dessert envy). Gluten and vegan options are available.
Please note that we can only refund your deposit if you attend the event.
About the Restaurant
Mama’s and Leonie’s opened in 1968 as the region’s first pizzeria. Today, it’s a beloved family restaurant that offers good food and friendly service. They pride themselves on having purveyed more pizzas than any other restaurant in Sheffield; if you were to place every pizza created at Mama’s and Leonie’s on top of each other, you’d be looking at a delicious construction higher than the famous leaning tower with (almost) the same name!
The venue is only a 10 min walk from Sheffield Train Station and nearby several car parks.
