The lunchtime break will include a 30 minute Invisible city walking tour

Alveena Malik, Co-Founder, One Million Mentors
Alveena is Co-Founder and Director of One Million Mentors which is a pioneering approach using the advantages of technology in order to transform the process of mentoring for all. One Million Mentors purpose is to train, recruit and connect a million mentors to a million young people in the UK to help them maximise their talents and get into the world of work.
Formerly Alveena was CEO of UpRising which is Britain’s premier leadership programme looking to support diverse young people aged 19 to 25-year-olds access power and become leaders whilst remaining connected to their communities.
Alveena will be delivering the keynote session on how mentoring can make a life-changing difference, as well as the surprising benefits you develop as a mentor
Alice Sparks, Head of Invisible Manchester
Invisible is a global social enterprise that trains people who have been affected by homelessness to become walking tour guides of their city. The purpose is to give people a voice, when they haven’t had one before, putting them at the center of the attention and challenging the stigmas that exist around homelessness. Alice will share the story of the impact Invisible Manchester has had at a local level.
Simon Ong, Life Coach
Simon will be delivering an exciting goal setting workshop to finish off the day to help you plan for a successful and impactful 2020.
Everything that Simon does is built around inspiring people to see their world differently and igniting their imagination of what is truly possible so that they can lead meaningful, purposeful and fulfilling lives. He shares his insights, lessons and wisdom with all who are committed to upgrading their life and business to that next level, having spoken at events organised by Google, O2, Barclays UK, DocuSign, The Institute Of Directors, Salesforce and The Peter Jones Foundation. His work as a coach and speaker has also seen him featured in a wide range of publications and interviewed on the likes of BBC Radio London and LBC Radio.
