You are all cordially invited to JCI Yorkshire's Regional Dinner and Regional Awards.
This is a chance for all JCI Members (both past and present) from across the region to come together, enjoy fine dining in picturesque surroundings, party till the early hours of the morning and celebrate in true Yorkshire style.
A three course meal including three bottles of wine per table followed by coffee awaits you.

Payments must be made by cheque or bank transfer no less than 2 WEEKS before the event (by 26/09/2014). Once you've registered to attend the event, someone will be in touch to discuss payment options.
This is Black Tie event. Following tradition, the theme will be 'Classy'

Terms and conditions of Registration/Booking
IMPORTANT - When you register/book for a JCI event you agree to be bound by the following terms:-
At all times we endeavour to provide each event exactly as we describe it. We also appreciate that things can change for us as well as our members and non-members and for that reason we have some simple rules that explain where we stand in certain circumstances.
When a guest registers/books a place they are agreeing to pay the event fee in full by 12noon on 26th October 2014 or their place will be cancelled.
When a guest's circumstances suddenly change and prevent them from attending we will be happy to replace that guest with another from their chamber, company or network, however, you must inform us as soon as possible of the change.
If you provide notice in writing (email will suffice) no later than 12noon 1st October 2014 informing us that you wish to cancel your registration/booking we will provide you with a full refund (if applicable/excluding any payment charges). Any less than this then we will not provide a refund. We will provide as much notice as possible if we need to cancel an event and if we do we will refund you the dinner fee in full. We will not be responsible for any expenses incurred in reaching the dinner venue.
We reserve the right to make changes to the published programme of an Event (but not the overall content), for example to timings and/or speakers if one of the advertised speakers is unable to attend. In such cases, You will not be entitled to cancel and a refund.
Our events are held at a number of venues. We may have to change the published venue for the event for reasons beyond our control and in such cases, you will not be entitled to cancel unless the change in venue represents a significant disadvantage to you. You are liable for any loss or damage which you may cause to that of an external venue and agree to adhere to all housekeeping rules, procedures and policies (including policies as to behaviour and conduct) that may be in place at any venue from time to time. If you have a disability or medical condition that requires special arrangements to be made, please notify us of your requirements when making your booking.
